9:30 AM Playcosystem and Educational Programs in Action with Jenny Gardner Bernheim Forest Playcosystem Manager
This walking tour of the Arboretum grounds will focus on a discussion of Bernheim's innovative environmental education and play programs, including a visit to the nationally recognized Playcosystem Garden. The tour will also include the Edible Garden and Springhouse Wetland, areas that use sustainable restoration and horticulture practices focusing on nature-based materials and solutions.
